This position will be a backup to the lead service advisor who knows these high-line products inside and out. Primer duties include answering the phones which are constantly rining off the hook, scheduling appointments, fielding basic automotive questions as well as the status of customers' repairs in-progress, online ordered of the parts needed for these repairs and cashiering.
The customer base demographics are mostly higher income people who love the cars they own and drive. They take pride in properly maintaining their vehicles and keeping them in top running conditions. The beauty of bringing their cars to this shop is a very high level of expertise at a price 30% lower than at the car dealerships.
